Welcome to Darag Rentals LLC. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before renting a vehicle from us. By completing a rental, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid, unexpired driver’s license in good standing.
International renters must present a passport and, where required, an international driving permit.
All additional drivers must meet the same eligibility requirements and must be present to sign the rental agreement.
The renter assumes full responsibility for the actions of any additional drivers.
Our services are focused on weekly rentals, so we require a minimum rental period of at least 7 days for all our vehicles.
Our rental vehicles must remain within the state of hire and cannot be driven out of state.
We include full insurance coverage with every weekly rental, for a worry‑free experience.
We make every effort to provide the specific vehicle you reserve. However, availability may vary based on supply and operational conditions.
If your reserved vehicle is unavailable, a comparable vehicle will be offered at no additional cost.
If no comparable vehicle is available, you may reschedule or request a full refund.
The minimum rental period is 7 days (shorter durations may be approved at our discretion).
Requests for an extension must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled return time.
Late returns without prior notice may incur daily late fees.
Failure to return a vehicle without communication may result in the car being reported as stolen.
We guarantee all vehicles are clean, safe, and roadworthy at the start of your rental.
Renters should inspect and report any damage before leaving the lot.
Any new damage, accidents, or mechanical issues must be reported immediately.
Renters are responsible for basic upkeep, such as refueling and keeping the vehicle clean.
Renters agree not to use the vehicle for any of the following:
Illegal or criminal activities.
Off-road driving or racing.
Towing, pushing, or carrying other vehicles or objects.
Standing or sitting on the car.
Smoking (including cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana) – a $250 cleaning fee applies if smoking is detected.
Transporting pets without prior approval (additional cleaning fees may apply).
In the event of an accident, theft, or damage:
Notify Darag Rentals LLC immediately and file an incident report.
Obtain a police report and any relevant documentation.
The renter is liable for all damages or loss unless covered under optional insurance or a damage waiver.
Failure to report incidents promptly may be considered a breach of contract.
We offer flexible payment options:
Accepted methods: Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, Debit/Credit Cards.
A security deposit may be required at pickup. Deposits are refunded upon safe return of the vehicle, provided there are no damages, violations, or outstanding balances.
Violation of any terms may result in:
Immediate termination of the rental agreement.
Loss of the security deposit.
Additional charges for damages, cleaning, or unauthorized use.
Legal action to recover losses or damages.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local regulations.
By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to a trial by jury.
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup.
Partial Refund: Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup incur a one-day rental fee.
No Refunds: For early returns, unused days, or no-shows without notice.
By renting from Darag Rentals LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms above.
Failure to comply may result in penalties, fees, or legal action.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Darag Rentals LLC sent from 908-941-0966. Message frequency varies. Messages may include booking confirmations, rental reminders, payment notifications, vehicle availability updates, delivery and pickup status notifications, marketing, account updates, and customer support or conversational messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting a vehicle and may be withdrawn at any time.
